Payroll Master

1 Configure Payroll

  1. 1 Add Employee

  2. To add a new employee manually, go to the dashboard and click on the option, Payroll after then click on the option enquiry, after then click on the option payroll master.
  3. Click on the Add New Button.
  4. After new record pay master open page.
  5. Click on Add button and enter the manually details.
  6. Fields in this Pay Master include:
    1. Payroll id: Payroll id enter the manually in as user id.
    2. Status: Employee is active /inactive in pay master







      1. Click on the Payroll Dates and enter all the details.
      2. Fields in this Payroll Dates include:
        1. Date Started: Employee stars working date
        2. Date Terminated: Employee last working date



      1. 7.Click on the Payroll Details and enter all the details.
      2. Fields in this Payroll Details include:
        1. Pay Mode: Pay Mode of payment here means that such as salary, wages and contractor.
          • Salary: The money that an employee receives, usually every month for the work
          • Wages: The regular amount of money that you earn for a week and every day for the work.
          • Contractor: Contractor is a non-employee.
        2. Payment Frequency: Payment Frequency is payment a sum is paid, such as weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.
        3. Pay Rate: Pay rate is the amount of money employees are paid per hour, week and monthly.
        4. Payment Hours: Payment hours is the amount of money that is paid, for every hour calculation how many hours for payment.












      1. Click on the Superannuation and enter all the details.
      2. Fields in this Superannuation Fund include:
      3. Super Fund id: Regular payment made into a fund by an employee toward a future pension.





      1. Click on the Tax Details and enter all the details.
      2. Fields in this Tax Details include:

      1. Tax id: Tax is withheld by employers from each employee’s salary and is paid to the
      • Tax id is tax identification number are nine digit number used as a tracking number by the IRS following tax laws and employee required information on all tax returns filed.
        1. Tax Status: Filing status chosen by a resident, nonresident and foreigner when filing tax status.
        2. Tax Scale: A tax rate is the percentage at which an India tax free, local resident and foreigner resident is taxed.


      1. Click on the Pay Detail then and Click on the Add New button.



      1. Enter the all details.

      Pay code are five types

      1. Annual Leave
      2. Public Holiday
      3. Sick Leaves
      4. Salary
      5. Tax deductions at source

      1. Annual Leave: Annual leave is paid time off work granted by employers to employees to be used for whatever the employee requirement.
      2. Calculation method: Calculation methods are three types.
      • Fixed: Annual leave is calculation method is fixed that if unit wise one leaves monthly one leave and yearly 12 leaves.
      • Percentage:
      • Table:
      1. Period: The amount of hours, day, monthly and year paid by annual leave.
      2. Unit: if Unit =1 then annual leave =1 leave
      3. Rate: Rate is the amount of money employees are paid per day for annual leave.

      1. Public Holiday
      1. Public Holiday: Public holidays are generally days of celebration, historical event, religious celebration and a specific day of the year.

      1. Sick Leave
      2. Sick leave; Sick leave or paid sick days is time off from work that employee can use to needs without losing pay.

      Tax deduction at source

      Tax deduction at source: TDS is a system introduced by income tax department, where employee responsible for marking specified payments such as salary, professional feed, rent, etc, is liable to deduct a certain percentage of tax before making payment in full to the receiver of the payment

      1. Click on the Audit Dates and enter all the details.





      1. Click on the Employee Banks and click on the Add New Button.
      2. Employee Banks: Employee salary different banks are paid salary.






      1. After select drop down bank code then enter manually all the details.
















      1. Click the red mark symbol then the employee bank details saved.
